The wait is over: all information for the coming edition of the IBA International Criminal Court Moot Court Competition, organized by the Grotius Centre for International Legal Studies, is now available on our website.
We are glad to announce our ๐๐๐ฌ๐, ๐๐ก๐ ๐๐ซ๐จ๐ฌ๐๐๐ฎ๐ญ๐จ๐ซ ๐ฏ. ๐๐ฎ๐ง๐๐๐ง ๐๐ข๐ ๐ก๐ญ๐จ๐ฐ๐๐ซ (๐๐ข๐ญ๐ฎ๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐ข๐ง ๐๐ก๐ ๐๐ญ๐๐ญ๐ ๐จ๐ ๐๐๐ฌ๐ญ๐ ๐ฎ๐๐ซ๐), concerning matters such as the confirmation of charges against a Defendant in absentia; the international humanitarian law principle of usufruct; and whether a Defendant is criminally liable as a commander for war crimes committed by “digital subordinates”.
