The wait is over: all information for the coming edition of the IBA International Criminal Court Moot Court Competition, organized by the Grotius Centre for International Legal Studies, is now available on our website.

We are glad to announce our 𝐂𝐚𝐬𝐞, 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐬𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐭𝐨𝐫 𝐯. 𝐃𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫 (𝐒𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐢𝐧 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐄𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐠𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐝), concerning matters such as the confirmation of charges against a Defendant in absentia; the international humanitarian law principle of usufruct; and whether a Defendant is criminally liable as a commander for war crimes committed by “digital subordinates”.

Likewise, 𝐫𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐦𝐬 𝐢𝐬 𝐧𝐨𝐰 𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐧! Make sure to register your team by 16 November. All necessary information is available in our Rules.
